Return Policy
If you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you through the process on 0115 850 0804, email: [email protected] and we will get back to you.
The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product, as outlined in our cancellation policy and our T&C's.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
- Please notify us about the damaged goods or defective product, in line with Clause 14.4 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
REFUNDS
Any refund due will be credited within 3-5 working days of us receiving the goods.
We have a policy of under £5 refund as store credit, as the bank charges £2 transaction fee for each refund transaction under £5, we don't want to pass this cost to the customers, that's the reason we give the refunds back as store credit and there is no time limit on the usage of the store credit. It can be used even after a few months/years.
For refunds above £5 we give it back to the card directly. .
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
What will happen if something I order goes out of stock before my grocery delivery?
Our offers change regularly, and we take every possible effort on having the stock of every single product. But unfortunately, sometimes a product will be unavailable on the day of your order, if so, our customer service team will contact you by email or phone and inform you about the unavailable items and process you the refund in website store credits for the unavailable items value.
We'll send you an email to let you know we've processed your refund in store credits; it usually takes between 3 and 5 working days for the refund to be processed..
